Use the estimate to decide whether the current vision fits your available investment, which capabilities belong in the first release and where discovery is still needed. A useful next step is to write the core recurring problem, primary user roles, must-have workflow and integrations in plain language.
If the planning range feels too high, do not immediately reduce engineering quality. Reduce uncertainty and scope first. A smaller release that proves the recurring value is usually stronger than a large MVP with every future idea included.
